Orchestra Family Association
The OFA is a parent volunteer group that works to ensure all Orchestra department events run smoothly, and that fundraising successfully supports the needs of our musicians.
The OFA typically meets during the school year from 6-7pm on the second Tuesday of the month. Upcoming OFA meeting dates are listed below and will be announced through DSAO E-News and the website.
OFA Meeting Notes
Notes are taken at each OFA meeting and posted below so that parents unable to attend may keep apprised of OFA activities.

OFA relies on your involvement for its success. Many opportunities exist throughout the year for families to volunteer small amounts of their time. As you may or may not know, the contract you signed when your child accepted their position at DSA states that you will give 20 hours of volunteer service at DSA every school year. We are thrilled this is part of the contract, because we could not function without YOU and your help and donations! The most important way you can help the OFA and the Department of Orchestras is to volunteer. Keeping our performances and other events fully staffed depends greatly on your help.
